Join Our Team as a Stockroom Manager at Jack & Jones
Are you passionate about fashion and logistics, and ready to take on a leadership role in retail management? We are looking for an experienced Stockroom Manager to join our team at our brand-new, state-of-the-art store in Kildare Village.
About Us:
Jack & Jones is one of Europe’s leading producers of menswear, with over 1,000 stores in 38 countries. Known for our high-quality fashion, we are thrilled to launch our newest store in Kildare Village this November.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage all stockroom operations to ensure efficient product flow from delivery to the sales floor.
2. Lead a team of stock associates, ensuring proper stock handling, organization, and inventory control.
3. Supervise stock deliveries, ensuring accurate receiving, logging, and timely restocking of items.
4. Work closely with the sales and visual merchandising teams to ensure stock is readily available and displayed according to brand guidelines.
5. Implement and maintain effective stockroom processes to minimize shrinkage, damage, and loss.
6. Manage stock levels and conduct regular inventory counts, reporting discrepancies to the Store Manager.
7. Ensure stockroom health and safety compliance, keeping the environment organized, clean, and hazard-free.
8. Monitor and maintain stock replenishment and supply schedules to ensure store needs are met, especially during peak trading periods.
9. Use inventory management systems to track stock movements and ensure accurate stock data for replenishment and sales analysis.
10. Train and develop stockroom staff, ensuring a high level of performance and efficiency.
11. Assist with large sales events, managing increased stock deliveries, preparation, and coordination with the store team.
12. Collaborate with head office and store management on product trends, stock levels, and inventory forecasts.
Necessary Skills/Experience:
1. Previous stockroom management or supervisory experience in a fast-paced retail or logistics environment, ideally in fashion.
2. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing large volumes of inventory.
3. Leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team.
4. Experience with stock management systems and software.
5. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure, especially during busy periods.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with store staff and head office.
7. Commitment to maintaining high standards of health, safety, and organization in the stockroom.
8. Physical ability to lift and move stock as required.
9. A proactive approach to improving stockroom processes and efficiency.
10. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: €14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 – 40 per week
