We are currently recruiting for M&E Coordinator’s for sites based in Dublin, Cork & Limerick.

The M & E Coordinator will be accountable for managing the Coordination process & Services Coordination teams of all Building Services to ensure the systems and the overall project are delivered, installed, and commissioned in a safe & efficient manner and in accordance with Project Programme, Quality, Environmental and Cost parameters and in turn ensuring satisfaction of all parties. Assist with continually maintaining and developing the Company brand through successful delivery of projects utilising quality & efficient management skills.
Responsibilities
1. Reporting to Services Manager
2. M&E Tendering including Lifts, Pool Equipment, Sprinklers, Specialist Equipment, etc.
3. Attend & participate in pre award meetings
4. Contract awards
5. Complying with H&S Requirements
6. Managing production of co-ordination drawings including BIM
7. Managing production of builder’s work drawings
8. Managing production of Technical Submissions
9. Chairing services workshops
10. Chairing services technical meetings.
11. Chairing services coordination meetings
12. Managing samples approval process
13. Producing minutes of meeting
14. Reporting at site meetings
15. Valuation assessments
16. Financial & change order control
17. Liaising with QS department
18. Liaising with Site team
19. Liaising with Utility Companies
20. Progress review of installations
21. Managing Services method statements
22. Managing commissioning
23. Managing services demonstrations and handover process
24. Managing compliance with BCAR requirements
25. Snagging & de-snagging
26. Managing production & verification of O&Ms and As-Built Documentation
27. Post hand over liaison
28. Liaising with Design Team members
29. Liaising with Clients representative
Requirements
1. Minimum 10-15 years relevant experience, especially Residential Experience
2. Relevant qualification Degree in Building Services or associated field.
3. Understanding of how buildings perform, with particular skills in at least one Building Services discipline.
4. Ability to communicate effectively, manage and supervise trades and hold regular progress review meetings
5. Computer literacy in all Microsoft Office applications as well as an understanding of AutoCad and BIM Modelling.
6. Demonstrates a high level of drive, productivity, and performance under own mobilisation
7. Strong interpersonal communication skills.
