A fantastic opportunity for experienced Site Managers to join the site management team of a Cork-based Developer and Contractor.
Cork-based Developer and Contractor seeking an experienced Site Manager to work on their residential projects in Cork City and County. With planning permission granted for 1000 housing units, there is a substantial amount of work coming into 2023 and beyond.
Salary & Package - €60-70k plus pension, expenses, bonus, and company vehicle all depending on experience.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Site Manager.
Duties:
* The day-to-day activities involved in running the project.
* Monitoring all trades and labour activities on site.
* Ensuring sub-contractors are given feedback on their work.
* Ensuring all drawings & drawing registers are kept up to date.
* Assisting the Project and Contracts manager.
* Ensuring all engineering equipment is maintained and calibration is kept up to date.
* Engaging fully in the process of delivering within agreed timeframes.
Requirements:
* 3rd level qualification or trades background preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience.
* An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
* Excellent knowledge of current Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation.
