Deputy General Manager - Marine Hotel Ballycastle
A highly motivated and experienced hospitality professional is sought to oversee all hotel operations as Deputy General Manager at The Marine Hotel Ballycastle.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the team in achieving operational excellence, maximising revenue and fostering a positive team culture.
* Manage daily hotel operations within budget and to the highest standards.
* Maintain outstanding levels of internal and external customer service, responding proactively to guest needs, complaints and reviews.
* Recruit, train and develop an engaged and high-performing F&B team.
* Forecast, plan and manage F&B orders, staffing and budgets to achieve financial targets.
* Ensure full compliance with all statutory and company H&S regulations.
* Work closely with kitchen, events and reception teams to ensure seamless operations.
* Oversight of multiple events within the property, utilising trained personnel effectively.
Requirements:
* Strong leadership and delegation skills.
* Proven experience in food & beverage management.
* Proficiency in MS Office, Bizimply, Resdiary, and POS systems.
* Ability to resolve problems efficiently and proactively.
* Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
* Experience in complaint handling, conflict resolution, and staff development.
