Front of House/Receptionist | Dublin, Ireland | 9:00 am -5:30 pm, Monday to Friday | €30,000-€35,000 per annum
Our client is one of Dublin’s leading residential estate agencies, specialising in both the sale of family homes and investment property lettings/management. They manage a significant portfolio of 1,000 properties on behalf of landlords and is renowned for their commitment to client service.
With their continued expansion, they are seeking a Front of House/Receptionist to join their busy team. The successful candidate will be client-focused with a minimum of 2 years’ experience, and adept at working in a fast-paced team environment with the ability for independent working.
Are you the right person for the job?
* Minimum 2 years in property administration, real estate, or a similar administrative role, with a strong understanding of the industry
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

What will your role look like?
* Assist with general administration and projects
* Respond to Daft.ie inquiries and forward emails to relevant agents
* Renew Daft.ie ads and generate lists for meetings
* Assist walk-ins and answer/transfer calls
* Book meeting rooms and arrange couriers
* Order office supplies (bin bags, water, stationery)
* Maintain key log and deactivate properties on Daft.ie
* Handle technical issues with DataTrust
* Ensure dishwasher is on, printer has paper, and bins are emptied weekly
* Support team members as required
* Scan inspection reports and create photographic reports
* Arrange contractor access and upload invoices to Letman
* Conduct and track rent reviews, update RTB, and handle rent-related paperwork
* Order/collect boards, cut keys, and draft statutory declarations
* Book viewings, hand out keys, and upload new properties on Daft.ie & MyHome
* Handle tenant references and confirm move-ins
* Follow up on Growth Rate invoices and generate property ledgers
* Produce income & expenditure reports and handle remittances
