Your new company is working with a nonprofit organisation based in Belfast to recruit a maintenance administrator on a permanent basis.
About the Role
As a maintenance administrator, you will act as the first point of contact and perform the following tasks:
* Organise repairs
* Liaise with contractors
* Liaise with tenants to arrange access to properties
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for running reports for management and providing excellent customer service. You must have previous experience working in a maintenance admin role and possess highly organised skills with good problem-solving abilities.
You should also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as previous working experience with MS Office and bespoke office software.
What You'll Get
This permanent position comes with a salary of £25,000 per annum and includes free parking and hybrid working arrangements (3 days in office, 2 days from home).
