As the Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of delivery for your respective clients.
Your role will involve setting strategic goals and enhancing operational efficiency on a macro level.
You will ensure that operations are managed within budget and will often have a significant client facing role.
You will be accountable for all aspects of Delivery within a country for a multi-geography client or for a line of business or a portion of the operation within country, for single country accounts.
Your immediate and ongoing priorities will include day-to-day management of in-country KPIs for a client contract or line of business and create better outcomes for them.
This role will involve travelling to Capita and client sites as required.

What you'll be doing: Delivering against the gross margin expectation for the client / Line of business and manage cost targetsManaging people, including engagement, retention, and performanceSOW contract management & changesAgreeing forecasts, Resource planning, performance management and reporting – in budget & contractJointly responsible for farming the account with the Client PartnerStakeholder management (both internal and external)Acting as single point of contact for operational matters for client stakeholdersBe open to challenging the status quo and taking bold decisions.
