Quality & Compliance Engineer
The Quality and Compliance Engineer will oversee and manage the organisation's QMS (Quality Management System) and control processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement, manage and improve our quality management systems
* Conduct audits and be an integral member of our continuous improvement initiatives
* Lead the team in managing and governing the group's compliance policies
* Collaborate with our management team in developing innovative policies and procedures

To work functionally across all departments offering guidance and support of the quality management system, implement our continuous SPC improvement process, which reduces non-conformances and achieves business goals and key performance indicators.
A critical member of the team to develop a continuous improvement culture that addresses the root cause analysis of customer complaints and to lead a culture of change to ensure continuous improvement in all aspects of customer complaints management.
Analyse and evaluate the performance of the system to identify any need for corrective action and put in place measures to audit, monitor and review Quality for legislative compliance and approval of all standards (ISO 9001 / ISO 37301).
