We’re AmTrust International Underwriters, an insurance business based out of our modern offices in the Temple Bar area of Dublin. As part of a Global group, we work creatively to develop bespoke insurance solutions for leading financial institutions, retailers and manufacturers both Internationally and Globally.

We currently have a brand new opportunity for someone to join our Operational Risk & Resilience Team playing a key role in the Oversight of the business’s compliance with its Outsourcing Frameworks.
The role will be to take ownership and responsibility for reporting on business adherence and ensuring appropriate frameworks and KPIs are in place to measure. Maintain the company Outsourcing Register, monitor, and escalate risks relating to Outsourcing partners.
Responsibilities
In this role your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Ownership, coordination, and management of the company Outsourcing Register.
* Engagement with all required key stakeholders across the business to monitor Outsourcing tolerance levels and the implementation of any remediation plans and activities.
* Supporting the business with appropriate reporting, analysis, and commentary.
* Monitoring of SLAs to help with business oversight of performance against accepted tolerances in these areas.
* Input into the design and development of standard reports used across the business to ensure these meet user needs, follow a consistent approach to presenting data, and are accurate.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need to have an advanced understanding of operational risk &/or resilience including risk mitigation, monitoring controls, and third-party risk. Proven ability in taking initiative and producing results in a challenging and technical environment. The right candidate will possess strong organizational skills and be an effective communicator – both written and verbal, with an interest in bringing new and effective ways of working to the wider business.
