Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Breakfast Chef to join our team at Killashee Hotel, contributing to the hotel's future success.
Main Duties:
* Cooking and Presentation: Prepare, cook, and present food to high standards as instructed by the Head Chef.
* Mise en Place: Prepare ingredients for all relevant menus.
* Kitchen Section: Take responsibility for a designated section of the kitchen as instructed by the Head Chef.
* Equipment Operation and Cleaning: Operate and clean equipment correctly and safely, adhering to cleaning and maintenance schedules.
* Work Area Maintenance: Ensure work areas are kept clean, safe, and tidy at all times.
* Health and Safety Regulations: Adhere to all regulations regarding Health and Safety, hygiene, guest safety, fire regulations, emergency procedures, including temperature recording and food sampling.
* Additional Responsibilities: Carry out any other duties notified by Management.
Key Requirements:
* Experience: Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef in a 4* hotel is essential.
* Chef Experience: Must have previous experience working in a busy kitchen environment.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication and organisational skills are required for this dynamic role.

* Leadership Skills: Strong interpersonal, leadership, time management, and organisational skills are required.
* Working Rights: Full working rights in Ireland are necessary.
