Job Title: Accounts Payable Administrator
Salary: €40,000 per year. Location: Sandyford (three days in the office, two days from home)
Key Responsibilities:
* Process high volumes of Accounts Payable Invoices and Credit notes accurately in a multi-currency and multi-company environment.
* Ensure the correct VAT treatment for invoices across multiple Countries.
* Liaise with all levels of the organization to follow up on queries.
* Handle supplier and employee queries to ensure all tickets are responded to in a timely manner and with complete information.
* Verify independent bank checks in adherence to company SOP.
* Resolve invoice discrepancies.
* Reconcile Vendor accounts.
* Maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set for different aspects of the role.
* Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Essential Requirements:
* Prior SAP experience is preferred.
* 1-2 years' experience in accounts payable and/or general accounting.
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
* Understanding of the importance of internal controls and segregation of duties.
* Able to work as part of a team and independently.
* Fluent English language skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Understanding of the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process.
* Foreign language skills are beneficial.
