Job Title: Grade 3 Clerical Officer

Working Hours: Full-time 9-5:30
Job Purpose:
The Grade 3 Clerical Officer will provide essential administrative support within the department, ensuring efficient and professional service delivery. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Service & Communication
o Answer telephone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
o Provide information and assistance to the public, colleagues, and stakeholders.
o Handle queries efficiently and direct them to the appropriate department when necessary.
* Administration & Office Support
o Process and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence, including appointment letters.
o Maintain accurate records and update internal databases as required.
o Assist in preparing reports, documents, and general office paperwork.
* Organisational Support
o Schedule and manage appointments, ensuring all relevant information is communicated.
o Support colleagues with clerical tasks and contribute to a smooth-running office environment.
o Adhere to data protection and confidentiality policies at all times.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general IT skills.
