About the Role: Reporting to the Group Finance Controller, you will: Shape the finance change strategy, leveraging data-driven personalisation, AI, and automation.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead technology-driven solutions.
Oversee finance change projects from inception to delivery, ensuring successful adoption.
Manage business-as-usual (BAU) operations post-project handover.
Foster a high-performance, innovative culture within the team.
Key Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand and anticipate business needs.
Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality management information.
Maintain and optimise finance systems and processes for efficiency and control improvements.
Lead project reporting and governance, including budget tracking, risk management, and progress updates.
Your Profile: Experience: 7+ years in strategic change and project management, ideally within financial services or insurance.
Expertise: Proven track record in leading finance or technology change projects, process improvements, and operational efficiencies.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage teams, influence strategy, and deliver results.
Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Desirable Qualifications: Finance qualification Project management certification (Prince2, PMP, Agile).
Experience with SAP and S4Hana systems.
