Job Description
The Structural Heart business aims to improve quality of life by designing and providing solutions for treating structural heart disease.
Key Responsibilities:
* Business planning and sales forecasting
* Development and implementation of a territory plan to maximize sales opportunities
* Technical support for clinicians during TAVI procedures, including demonstrating procedural steps
* Assistance with set-up and break-down for procedures, product handling, and inventory management
* Implementation of field-based training programs for physicians and staff
* Collaboration to achieve good clinical outcomes for patients
* Logistics management for procedural support
* Liaison with physicians to present TAVI technology and study data
* Organization of outreach events for referring physicians
* Optimization of patient screening and procedure scheduling processes
Requirements:
* BS/BA in life sciences or marketing (or similar)
* Medical Clinical Support/Sales Experience in interventional cardiology/structural heart (ideal) or familiarity with echocardiography or other indirect imaging
* Strong clinical orientation, including training clinicians and providing technical assistance during procedures
* Ability to identify and resolve issues, adapt best practices across institutions
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a strong team player
* Ability to work in a team environment that rewards contribution
* Ability to work with 2D visualization to construct mental 3D device position
