Job Title: Finnish Client Services Administrator
This role presents an opportunity to work with a prominent financial services client, supporting new business administration, claims processing, and investments. As part of a customer-centric team, you will manage all aspects of clients' requests for your portfolio of Finnish clients.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support the Finnish market with excellent administration skills regarding new business, claims administration, and updates to client details.
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries via phone and email.
* Maintain high-quality and accurate client documentation, requiring strong attention to detail.
* Be flexible within the department, assisting colleagues as needed, and adapting to workload demands.
* Develop strong relationships with counterparties and gain knowledge and understanding of the business.
Candidate Profile:
* Native or fluent Finnish speaker, with fluency in English.
* Desired third-level qualification.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills.
* Customer-focused, with excellent communication skills.
* High numeracy skills.
* High attention to detail.
* Able to multitask.
* High level of motivation.
* Good problem-solving skills.
