Overall Purpose of Job:
The role of the RFP Writer is to respond Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), Due Diligence requests, and ad hoc requests within the sales process. This is done by collating information from across the firm and the RFP database and accurately depicting the relevant investment process and firm information for Amundi.
As a member of the Global RFP Team, the role will be a key point of access to the local investment team in Dublin as well as for other strategies and products managed in Europe.
Principal Accountabilities:
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs and DDQs from prospective and current clients across the global distribution platform in a timely manner and in compliance with Amundi standards to meet deadlines.
• Work closely with global sales teams, investments and other internal teams to compile compelling documents that will advance the sales process to the next stage.
• Utilise data systems and RFP platform to create strong, accurate drafts.
• Ensure that documents are of high quality and readability and that they adhere to RFP specifications.
• Manage the whole RFP process from start to finish including follow up questions from clients and sales teams.
• Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy of grammar, spelling, and punctuation and format text, pictures, graphics, etc.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams throughout the organisation.
• Coordinate RFP responses to accurately and favourably present the organisation’s investment products and services.
• Acquire deep understanding of investment products and all applicable content and data resources.
• Ensure the RFP Content team is regularly updated with new content.
Experience, Knowledge and Attributes required:
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and competently manage multiple deadlines efficiently.
• Familiarity with asset management industry or financial services.
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills, especially Word and Excel.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and time management skills and high sense of urgency.
• Drive to learn and develop knowledge base constantly.
• Ability to work autonomously yet responsibly as part of a remotely managed team.
Desirable:
• A relevant degree, preferably in Finance or Economics.
• Previous asset management experience.
