360 Search are recruiting on behalf of a Leader in the Educational space within the Life & Pensions industry in Ireland. We are seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to lead, manage and support a team of Administration Co-Ordinator's.
The Assistant Manager will oversee the design, delivery, and evaluation of educational initiatives, ensure seamless governance, and manage the team’s daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with the Department Manager to oversee the development and delivery of educational courses.
* Engage with the academic panel to manage the course content updates, ensuring alignment with regulatory, technological, and industry developments.
* Act as the primary contact for inquiries, providing timely and professional responses.
* Ensure seamless registration, participation, and follow-up processes for members.
* Collaborate with key industry stakeholders, including financial institutions, third-level education providers, and regulators, to align programmes with industry standards.
* Build and maintain relationships with subject matter experts for content development and course delivery.
* Lead and support the Team, on a day to day basis, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
* Support the development of team members.
* Develop, manage and monitor departmental budgets
* Regularly review and update processes to align with the latest regulatory changes and organisational needs.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programmes through participant feedback and performance metrics.
* Provide regular performance and operational updates to management.
Essential Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a management role, with direct responsibility for successfully leading and managing a team.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment.
* Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
* Experience in the finance sector or professional education (preferred but not essential).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
* Strong IT skills in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel and Word.
* Strategic mindset with a proven ability to deliver measurable results.
* Excellent interpersonal skills
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree qualified.
* Familiarity with professional certifications and regulatory requirements in the finance sector.
* Experience in instructional design, e-learning platforms, or innovative education technologies.
