About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Administration professional on a fully remote basis. As a key member of our organization, you will work closely with our clients in the not-for-profit sector.
Key Requirements
* A hardworking, trustworthy, and reliable individual who is great with people and has excellent communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* A positive attitude, creative problem solver, and flexible approach to work.
* Proven ability to work independently and results-driven with excellent attention to detail.
* In possession of a full Irish driving license and own transportation.
Responsibilities
This is a primarily remote desk-based role located in Ireland, with occasional travel to exhibitions and team meetings. You will be responsible for:
* Helping organizations launch their fundraiser service by preparing and processing documents, customer details forms, promotional materials, slides, and inputs for new customer websites.
* Supporting customers with day-to-day requirements, queries, and reports.
* Administration and processes, including documentation, records, data, trackers, reports, customer communications, and customer queries and support.
* Managing customer records and documents on our systems.
* Updating customer data and providing customer reports.
* Preparing promotional materials, communications templates, and updating information on client websites.
