Job Description The role of the Logistics Administrator is to support client requests for sample collection bookings, sample packaging recycling, sample package preparation, preparation of client reports and general administration duties as required.
Specific Tasks To be aware and to be compliant with of all the documentation related to your Department (Training record, SOP's, Forms).
Organising sample collections/ deliveries.
Dealing with customers by email and phone.
Administration of delivery jobs to the billing system.
General Administration, including filing, queries, data entry, reporting and tracking courier deliveries.
Oversee all external international and national deliveries and queries.
Liaise with accounts in relation to any logistics billing enquiries.
BioTrak-create client bookings, client support, allocation of bookings to drivers and end user development support.
Sample package recycling.
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week Qualifications Education Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
