Job Summary
The Project Coordinator role in Transfer Agency is a key position that requires active participation in project meetings, monitoring progress, and providing status updates to business units. The successful candidate will document issues, coordinate solutions, and ensure their timely closure. Additionally, the Project Coordinator will assist in testing and implementation of projects, develop procedures, controls, and training materials.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide external and internal reporting on in-flight projects and client pipeline status.
* Assist Client Project/Change Managers in preparing and delivering projects and key client artifacts.
* Manage new Client Change Requests, prepare client communications, and deliver HLEs.
* Support the Project Management Governance process and ensure compliance with all project artifacts.
* Develop and implement plans for stakeholders, communicate effectively, and liaise with other departments.
* Identify and manage project risks, ensuring mitigation steps are completed.
* Document management throughout the project lifecycle, including collation of required sign-offs.
* Issue tracking and management, ensuring stakeholder agreement on resolution steps.
* Report project status and issues to business units and senior executive stakeholders regularly.
* Assist with budget management and project cost control, including gathering project cost actuals and preparing draft invoices.
* Interface with other business units involved in the project and coordinate activities across organizations.
* Coordinate internal Legal & Risk requests and engage with Internal and External Audit teams as needed.

Salary Range
$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
