Job Description
We are seeking a junior receptionist for a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension. To be successful, candidates should possess customer service experience and be available to start immediately.
Duties:
* Managing a busy switchboard, handling multiple calls with professionalism and poise.
* Responding to queries via telephone and email in a polite and timely manner.
* Performing general front-of-office duties, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
* Meeting and greeting clients with a positive and helpful attitude, providing excellent customer service.
* Notifying company personnel of visitor arrival and directing visitors to the correct office or meeting room.
Requirements:
* Proven telephone skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
* Excellent verbal communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
* A minimum of one year's experience in a customer-facing role.
* Professionalism, organization, and attention to detail.
* A strong customer focus, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
