Digital Marketing Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in paid advertising to join our ambitious marketing team at {company}. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will develop and execute impactful campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, and other platforms to drive results and elevate our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Paid Campaigns: Strategize, create, and optimize paid social and search campaigns to meet KPIs.
* Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align messaging and integrate campaigns.
* Performance Reporting: Analyze data, provide insights, and recommend optimizations.
* Innovation: Stay updated on trends, implement best practices, and lead A/B testing.
* Budget Management: Monitor spend to ensure efficiency and adherence to budgets.
Requirements:
* Experience: 4+ years in digital marketing with a focus on paid advertising.
* Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics. CRM experience (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) is a plus.
* Strengths: Strategic, creative, and detail-oriented with strong collaboration skills.
* Education: Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field preferred.
Salary:
$85,000 - $110,000 per year
