Technical Account Manager - Pipeline & Heating Solutions Our client is a leading distributor of pipeline and heating solutions, serving a diverse range of sectors across Ireland and the UK. The core product offerings include tubes, fittings, valves, and pumps - end user being Food & Beverage, Waste Water Treatment Plants, Mechanical Engineering Companies Duties & Responsibilities; - The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing key customer relationships, primarily with mechanical contractors and end-users in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, and wastewater treatment. This includes identifying new business opportunities, providing expert advice on product lines such as tubes, fittings, valves, and pumps, preparing accurate quotes and proposals, and offering ongoing after-sales support. The role also involves effectively managing the designated territory, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining sales records, and collaborating with internal teams. Occasional travel and overnight stays may be required. The Ideal Candidate In-depth knowledge of industry products and competitors. Proven experience with product lines including tubes, fittings, valves, and pumps. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. Strong team player with a collaborative approach to work. Based within a reasonable distance of Dublin, with the ability to cover the designated geographic territory. Willingness to undertake occasional overnight stays as required. Proficient in IT, with the capability to process quotes, inquiries, and related tasks efficiently.
