Learning & Development Manager
This is a 12-month contract role that can be performed onsite at our HQ in County Mayo or remotely in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and implement a Learning and Development (L&D) plan aligned with the company's goals in collaboration with the HR Manager.
* Communicate the L&D strategy and policy effectively to stakeholders.
* Monitor and report on L&D performance metrics, tracking progress towards organizational objectives.
* Update and manage training tools to ensure they are relevant and effective.
* Develop customized training plans for each job and new hire inductions, taking into account individual needs and skill gaps.
* Design and deliver training sessions, creating engaging programs that cater to diverse learning styles.
* Oversee the management of the L&D budget and contracts, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
* Contribute to the improvement of online learning tool utilization, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements:
* A minimum Level 8 qualification in HR or L&D.
* At least 2 years of experience in L&D coordination and administration.
* Experience working with national organizations in L&D is highly desirable.
