Key Qualifications:
Experience: Ideally, you have 2+ years in the IT support industry. However, ambitious candidates with less experience who demonstrate strong potential will also be considered.
Technical Expertise:
Proven experience in building, deploying, and supporting Windows Servers.
Strong knowledge of Virtualization technologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Office 365.
Hands-on experience installing Firewalls, Routers, Switches, and Wireless equipment.
Familiarity with Cyber Security Solutions.
Understanding of backup software and solutions.
Requirements: A full, clean driving license.
