Quality and Compliance Officer
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Quality and Compliance Officer, where you can leverage your passion for quality, compliance, and driving continuous improvement.
This role is crucial in ensuring our organisation upholds its high standards and complies with key certifications including ISO 9001, ISO 37301, and BRCGS.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop Integrated and Complementary Management Systems, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
* Act as the management representative for all external, third-party, and customer audits.
* Conduct quality assurance testing and maintain compliance documentation such as CE DoPs and product specifications.
* Oversee statutory compliance checks, internal audits, and quality improvement schemes.
* Collaborate with the management team to align quality and compliance initiatives with organisational priorities.
* Deliver internal training sessions on quality and compliance-related topics.
* Lead a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence across the site.
Skills and Requirements:
* Qualifications: Strong knowledge of ISO 9001; experience with ISO 37301 and BRCGS is advantageous although recent graduates are also welcome to apply.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and a demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret key process data.
* Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
* A team player with flexibility, a willingness to learn, and the ability to manage change effectively.
