Job Title: Dutch – Contract Administration Specialist
A highly skilled and detail-oriented individual is sought to join our client's team as a Contract Administration Specialist, working with a high volume of contracts in the Dutch market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day contract management with close collaboration with line managers.
* Draft and assess contracts, ensuring precision and compliance through necessary adjustments.
* Review and evaluate contract amendments, identifying potential risks and avenues for improvement.
* Support Sales teams throughout the contract process, adhering to company standards and approval protocols.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address contract-related issues and discrepancies.
* Maintain accurate records of contract documents and revisions.
* Provide guidance and support on contract-related inquiries to Sales team members.
Requirements:
* Fluency in the Dutch language is essential.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in contract administration or an administrative role with transferable skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong proof-reading skills and understanding of clauses & wording in contracts.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
