We are seeking a motivated individual to join our European sales support team as a Sales Administrator. You will be able to interface with our key accounts in Northern EU and work closely with account managers and the Commercial Director, supporting with Order management/Debtor management/Customer relationship management and general administration.
Sales Support Administrator - Hybrid

About the role:
As a key support to our sales team, you'll oversee the daily management of client accounts while enhancing and elevating our current customer service standards through exceptional coordination and support in sales administration.
Sales Order Management:
* Ensure customers receive their orders and confirmations promptly, adhering to agreed timelines
* Review the status of orders and proactively follow up on any actions necessary for their release
* Collaborate with the Account Management team to keep track of order statuses and guarantee the timely processing of sales orders
Customer Relationship Management:
* Proactively manage customer relationships, guaranteeing prompt and professional communication to address all inquiries
* Deliver exceptional sales coordination and follow-up to create a smooth customer journey
* Proactively strive to enhance customer service standards and refine sales support processes
Price File Administration:
* Keep track of customer pricing files and verify that all prices align seamlessly for invoicing
* Monitor order pricing to ensure compliance with established contracts
* Manage customer promotion files and maintain up-to-date calendars
* Collaborate with the finance team to guarantee accurate pricing that adheres to customer agreements
General Sales Administration:
* Prepare engaging presentations for both internal and external meetings
* Keep track of meeting actions and ensure timely follow-ups with the sales team
* Take the lead in coordinating projects as needed
* Handle general sales administration tasks aligned with the needs of the sales team
Minimum Requirements:
* Fluency in English
* Knowledge of German would be an advantage, but not essential
* Prior experience in a customer-facing or sales administration role is required
* Outstanding organizational abilities and keen attention to detail
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Exceptional customer relationship management and professionalism
* Strong communication skills are essential
