THE COMPANY: Established nearly 100 years ago, our client occupies the number one position within their market. They are an established company with ambitious plans for growth within the Irish market. They offer construction solutions and are renowned for their exceptional products and customer service. They are now looking to add to the team and require a Business Development Manager to cover the Republic of Ireland - territory will be flexible for the rihgt person however. THE ROLE: As the Business Development Manager for this ambitious company you will be covering Leinster, supplying technical specification solutions to end-users, specialist contractors, and specifiers. Working with a premium product you will be working with customers on a project basis to fulfill their specific flooring requirements. Industries you will target include Pharmaceutical/Food and Beverage/Medical/Manufacturing/Commercial. You will be responsible for the project from the initial sale right through to completion/installation, so an understanding of sales and project management is essential. THE PERSON: The successful applicant will have demonstrable experience in a technical project-based sales role, preferably gained from working with a manufacturer. Specification Sales experience is a must-have!!! If you have experience in cladding, facades, flooring, roofing, insulation, glazing, fire protection or any related technical solution-based sale, then apply below. Specific market knowledge is advantageous but not essential. Crucially the successful applicant will be confident, outgoing, and keen to learn a technical product.
