Dogs Trust Ireland " We believe all dogs deserve to live life to the full" located in Dublin 11is currently seeking to employ a customer service administrator on a temporary week to week basis.
This is not an entry level position and previous experience in a similar role is essential.
What you will be doing Our dog adopter journey will rely heavily on you.
You will be key to ensuring our adoptions take place in an efficient way, delivering the highest level of service for our dogs and adopters.
You will be the expert on all administration processes including maintaining accurate electronic records, including admissions, adoptions, and financial information You will assist with the preparation of rehoming paperwork and packs for dogs going home and processing adoption payments and donations on our inhouse database (DTS) You will help keep the reception area clean and presentable, ensuring that workstations and tables are clean and tidy throughout the day and that the area is well-stocked with literature, forms, and goods.
You will contribute positively to the team and success of the company Who we want Previous experience working in a busy customer orientated environment.
Strong IT skills - highly proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
Able to manage a busy workload with competing and changing priorities.
Able to work to deadlines and under pressure at times.
Self-motivated and organised, with strong listening skills.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
