Community Operations Analyst - Multilingual
Description
We are seeking a Community Operations Analyst to assist our clients' community and help resolve inquiries empathetically, accurately, and on time.
This is an entry-level role that requires strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and empathy.
The successful candidate will become knowledgeable about the client's products and community standards, make well-balanced decisions, and personally drive to be an effective advocate for our community.
Duties
* Assist in resolving inquiries and issues reported on the client's platform, including requests for account support and potentially abusive content
* Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy
* Use market-specific knowledge, signals, and insights to spot and scope scalable solutions to improve the support of our community of users
* Gather, analyze, and utilize relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall user experience on the site
* Enforce the client's Terms of Use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the site
* Review reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality
About You
We are looking for someone with strong personal resilience, high adaptability, and a positive approach to challenges.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to make decisions, solve problems, work as part of a team, and consistently hit KPIs on time.
Essential requirements include fluency in a market language and English, cultural understanding of the market, and experience in working in an office environment.

Salary: €35,000 - €45,000 per year
