About You and this Role
Liferay is looking for a Sales Admin to join our Revenue Operations team. We're seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to provide essential administrative and operational support, contributing directly to our revenue goals, and supporting our EMEA sales success! Key Objectives
1. Support the development and strategies of sales operations;
2. Provide access, training and support for all CRM users, as well as document and disseminate good practices for using and updating data;
3. Deal with registration of suppliers and customers;
4. Manage sales data within our CRM;
5. Manage the company's contracts, as well as their signature workflow;
6. Monitor, along with the Finance, the payment workflow of the customers;
7. Pass on global changes related to sales processes to the Local team;
8. Understand priorities and execute operational plans;
9. Optimize sales and operations efficiency through innovative thinking;
10. Improve systems and processes, sharing good practices;
11. Develop analytical sales reports to provide insights and support data-driven decisions.
Required Qualifications
1. 1-2 years of experience in a Sales Ops related role;
2. Bachelor's Candidate or Degree in Business Administration or related fields;
3. Experience in sales operations;
4. Excellent communicative ability;
5. Organization;
6. Collaboration;
7. Analytical Thinking;
8. Advanced English. Spanish/French is a plus, but not mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Domain in tools such as Excel and Google Sheets (Macros, PivotTable..);
2. Knowledge in CRM tools, like SalesForce;
3. Knowledge in BI tools, like Tableau;
4. Knowledge in Sales Forecasting tools such as Salesloft, Zoominfo are a plus.
