Responsibilities
* Manage and resolve customer queries through the company's support portal, ensuring prompt and effective responses.
* Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and guide them in producing tailored reports and analytics.
* Assist clients in designing and developing insightful visualizations and reports using tools like Tableau and our proprietary analytics platform.
* Work with the product team to address evolving customer requirements by suggesting and implementing system improvements.
* Partner with internal teams to enhance overall product functionality and service offerings.
Requirements
* Educational Background: Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
* Experience: Prior experience in software support or project management is advantageous.
* Technical Skills: Strong analytical abilities and understanding of SQL and relational databases.
* Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Excel).
