By perfecting our industry leading authentication processes and focusing heavily on user experience, our aim is to drive growth by solving our customers’ problems and always exceeding their expectations.About the RoleWe are looking for a talented Marketing Automation and Event Executive to play a key role in driving growth through effective marketing campaigns and lead generation.The ideal candidate is a passionate marketer with broad marketing and comms experience, ideally in B2B/FinTech/RegTech. You will have strong experience managing marketing activities that drive brand awareness and lead generation, as well as a strong understanding of core communications processes.You will report to the Marketing Director and ideally be based in or around Dublin for a hybrid arrangement.Core ResponsibilitiesLead Nurture and Automation:Build and manage campaigns within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement platform (formerly branded Pardot).Develop and monitor effective lead scoring systems to move opportunities from leads to MQLs.Manage the automation of nurture activities, supporting prospect engagement with the end goal of delivering high quality leads to sales.Own the creation of all email activity, including prospect nurture, upsell, re-engagement campaigns and customer newsletters.Monitor key trends, implementing best practice tactics to achieve maximum engagement across managed touchpoints.Support database hygiene to ensure prospect and customer data is accurate, relevant and keeps the business compliant.Collaborate with the wider marketing team to set new campaign initiatives live for your managed channel.Trade, Industry and Customer Event Management:Identify optimal, industry-relevant events for the Sales team to attend.Plan & organise the exhibitor space, co-ordinating with the wider marketing team on key messaging, design and any experiential elements.Support speaking opportunities, co-ordinating requirements as required.Online Events: Manage the end to end process for webinar events, shaping the structure, content, promotion, set-up and live execution.Research and secure appropriate sponsorship opportunities that will drive brand awareness and positive reputational uplift for the business.Support relevant internal stakeholders, writing and submitting selected industry award applications that offer the best opportunity for brand awareness and industry recognitionKey Requirements2+ years marketing experience (preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment).Minimum 1 year experience with Marketing Automation software (preferably Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement).Familiar with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).Solid experience managing events, with proven ability to prioritise tasks and focus on multiple project deadlines simultaneously.Strong email marketing and campaign experience.Strong communication skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management, and ability to meet deadlines.What can ID-Pal offer you?ID-Pal is an Irish Award-Winning Identity Verification company which has achieved rapid growth within a short space of time.
