Your new role
1. Working collaboratively with business partners, SMEs, and BAs to ensure a shared understanding of business requirements.
2. Creating wireframes to explore and confirm business requirements.
3. Planning and managing the ingestion of source data into the big data analytic platform.
4. Developing new ETL processes that are efficient, well-structured, and maintainable.
5. Building preformant and user-friendly dashboards while adhering to style guides and UI best practices.
6. Developing and maintaining technical and user documentation.
7. Complying with design and coding standards, policies, and procedures.
8. Communicating with various functional areas and translating technical concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences, both verbally and in writing.
9. Leveraging new technologies to drive innovation in data analytics as applied to healthcare and to meet emerging customer requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
10. Technical undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification.
11. Proven experience performing and leading significant data analysis and report development with accountability of work for senior management.
12. Strong SQL experience, including experience with various database technologies such as Snowflake, MS SQL Server, Hive.
13. Strong experience with data visualisation and reporting tools such as Power BI, Power BI Report Builder/SSRS, Tableau.
14. Strong design skills to understand user needs and provide visual solutions.
15. Experience leading and implementing data quality initiatives.
16. Currently holding an EEA passport or a Stamp 4 visa.
