We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Talent Acquisition Partner for a 6-month contract to join a global manufacturing company, based in North Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple regions, partnering closely with the HR business partner and hiring managers to deliver a smooth, high-quality recruitment experience. They offer hybrid working with 2 days onsite and 3 days’ work from home. Our client is located 30 minutes north of Dublin Airport.
Responsibilities Required:
1. Management of the recruitment process from sourcing to offer, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
2. Work with HR business partner and hiring manager to support all recruitment efforts.
3. Drive effective use of the ATS to enhance the efficiency of the process.
4. Working closely with recruitment agencies.
5. Identify and promote internal talent opportunities in partnership with key stakeholders.
6. Working closely with the wider HR team ensuring a seamless transition for candidate onboarding.
7. Stay up to date on recruitment trends and employment legislation.
Experience Required:
1. 3+ years’ of experience in recruitment or as a Talent Acquisition Partner (Preferably in-house experience).
2. In-depth knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and experience with online platforms, job boards, and social media for sourcing.
3. Proven expertise in recruitment trends and market insights.
4. Excellent communication skills.
