As a Customer Advisor with Henderson Group, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient running of our store.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate checkouts accurately and efficiently, processing customer transactions in a timely manner.
* Replenish stock daily, adhering to the company's stock rotation process.
* Merchandise stock effectively to enhance sales.
* Ensure accurate pricing and display of stock using Shelf Edge Labels.
* Maintain high levels of customer service at all times.
* Cover Post Office duties when required.

Working Hours
We offer flexible working hours between 6:00am – Midnight, Monday to Sunday. Full-time positions work 37.5 hours per week, with opportunities to discuss shift patterns during interviews.
