Aim of the position: The Commercial Catering Manager will oversee the commercial performance of our suite of restaurants, ensuring that financial targets are met and exceeded.
This role involves monitoring commercial impacts on a weekly and monthly basis, reporting results to the directors, and implementing systems to enhance performance across all locations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial management within the food & FM industry, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering results.

Key Responsibilities & Leadership 1.Commercial Performance Monitoring - Analyze weekly and monthly financial data to assess commercial impact.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for directors detailing performance metrics and trends 2.Reporting - Present monthly results and strategic insights to the directors, highlighting areas for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting - Represents the company in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner in all customer, client and employee interactions.
-Communicates with the Client honestly, accurately and in a timely manner.
- Record or quarterly meetings with each site client and actions from the meeting 3.
Systems Implementation - Develop and implement operational systems and processes aimed at improving financial performance.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement across all restaurants 4-Commercial Management - Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the catering division.
- Work closely with procurement to ensure cost-effective purchasing and inventory management -Work closely with site FM managers and catering management on sites to implement budgets and drive performances 5.
Front of House Management - Ensure exceptional front-of-house service standards are maintained across all locations.
- Train and mentor front-of-house staff to enhance customer service and operational efficiency 6.Food Management - Collaborate with culinary teams to ensure menu offerings meet market demand and align with financial goals.
- Monitor food costs and waste management practices to optimize profitability Qualifications - Bachelors degree & or Masters degree in Commercial Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field, with a focus on food and beverage.
- 7+ years Proven experience in a commercial management role within the catering or hospitality industry - 5 years Multi site experience is essential - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to team management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively Skills - Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
