Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Gorey for a Food and Beverage Manager overseeing daily operations of the food and beverage department ensuring exceptional customer service managing budgets and training staff.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage food service coordinating with vendors maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
* Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage management.
* Strong Customer Service skills.
* Proficiency in Training staff and team development.
* Experience in Budgeting for food and beverage operations.
* Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
* Strong communication abilities.
* Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management Culinary Arts or a related field is a plus.
