Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue from accommodation, events, and functions.
* Identify new business opportunities and build lasting relationships with clients and event planners.
* Represent the hotel at sales visits, presentations, and networking events.
* Oversee the planning and coordination of events, ensuring smooth execution and high client satisfaction.
* Manage budgets, contracts, deposits, and timelines, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
* Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., kitchen, front office, operations) to deliver seamless events.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and event specifics.
* Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights for senior management.
* Provide support for reservations and weddings when needed.
