PA and Office Services Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and facilitate office move and logistics, being the point of contact for deliveries and office set up.
2. Front of the house person, meet suppliers and clients.
3. Diary management and scheduling.
4. Travel booking and planning, track expenses for staff and external clients.
5. Set up meeting rooms, including AV equipment.
6. Oversee printing tasks and maintain well-stocked stationery supplies.
7. Maintain an organized workspace.
8. Oversee health and safety compliance in the workplace.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience as a PA, office assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
2. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with all levels of staff and clients.
4. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to work under pressure and remain calm and focused in fast-paced environments.
6. Proactive self-starter who can anticipate needs and work independently with minimal supervision.
7. Solid experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
8. Experience with travel coordination and managing expenses.
9. A strong sense of discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
10. Knowledge of health & safety regulations in the workplace is an advantage.
