We're looking for a proactive Sales Executive to drive revenue and profitability for Dawsongroup Temperature Control Solutions Ireland.
Your mission:
build strong relationships, identify opportunities, and promote our industry-leading products to the food and pharmaceutical sectors.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to maximize development.
Promote Dawsongroup products, solutions, and philosophy to new prospects.
Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity to ensure our offering remains relevant.
Provide rental quotations and manage the sales process from enquiry to order.
Collaborate across Dawsongroup businesses to generate intercompany leads.
About YouYou're a motivated sales professional with a knack for building connections and driving results.
You thrive on challenges and are resilient in the face of setbacks.
Proven sales experience with a track record of hitting targets (essential).Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including telephone skills to secure quality appointments.
Proactive, driven, and resilient with the ability to handle rejection and learn from it.
Experience using CRM systems and strong IT skills.
Organised with excellent planning skills, including weekly itinerary management.
Able to work independently, trustworthy, and performance-driven.
Experience in the food or pharmaceutical industry is beneficial but not essential.
