Home Renewals Insurance Executive – Tralee Kerry
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Home Renewals Insurance Executive in Tralee, Kerry. Our client represents over 100 insurers and manages general insurance agents, serving as the trusted partner for their clients.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of managing clients and handling their renewals on a daily basis while building strong relationships with both internal and external customers.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure renewal terms are issued to clients in line with Central Bank requirements.
* Examine the market for alternative products that meet the clients' needs.
* Update our database to reflect any material changes to policies.
* Issue revised quotes following policy alterations.
* Liaise with colleagues throughout the group and with insurers.
Requirements:
* APA qualification is essential.
* Experience working in a commercial fast-paced environment.
* 1-year sales or customer service experience in a similar role required.
* Great communication and organizational skills.
* Passion/drive to work within the insurance industry.
