The Red Hat Consulting team is looking for an Agile Coach / Engagement Lead to join our team in the U.K. and Ireland (UKI). In this role, you will lead technical engagements with our customers, helping to drive engagements with Red Hat to get the best value for the customer; enabling the customer to sustainably deliver technology change with open technology and open techniques at its core. You'll use your experience to cultivate progressive deliveries by running workshops and events with customer teams and Red Hat's architects, working hand in hand with our customers to build new and effective ways of working and manage ongoing customer relationships. Your role will also include working alongside our Solution Technology Practice (STP) team, assisting in a four to twelve week residency-style engagement where small cross-functional teams accelerate application development and share an open culture. As an Agile Coach/Engagement Lead, you will help cultivate the U.K. and Ireland project management community, helping colleagues to adopt new practices and approaches, while also offering opportunities to get support and feedback yourself. The nature of the activities will depend upon the type of work we have been asked to support with our customers. Successful applicants must reside in a country where Red Hat is registered to do business.
