Cluster General Manager Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
* Hotel Operations Management: Oversee daily operations across front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, sales, and maintenance.
* Financial & Revenue Strategy: Manage budgets, forecasting, cost control, and yield management to maximise profitability.
* Guest Satisfaction & Service Excellence: Maintain exceptional guest experiences, address feedback, and implement improvements.
* Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and mentor department heads and hotel staff.
* Sales & Marketing Strategy: Work closely with sales teams to attract corporate, leisure, and event business.
* Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to safety, health, and operational regulations.
Requirements
* Proven track record as a General Manager or Cluster General Manager in a multi-property setting.
* Strong financial, operational, and leadership skills with a guest-focused approach.
* Excellent people management, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.
* Experience in revenue management, budgeting, and business growth strategies.
* Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and peak hotel periods.
