Supply Chain & Procurement Lead
We are sourcing a Supply Chain & Procurement Lead to join our client's team based in Nenagh. This company specializes in providing homes nationally.
Critical to the success of an offsite production facility is the continual availability of materials, enabling smooth production and on-time delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and maintain Bills of Material, ensuring agreement with Design and Commercial teams.
* Collaborate with Design teams to ensure accurate information in BIM digital twins.
* Identify suitable sources of supply, negotiate prices and terms, and maintain live systems.
* Alert senior management and commercial teams to adverse changes in terms or availability.
* Instruct creation of Purchase Orders and match with goods received notes and invoices.
Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of procurement best practices.
* Knowledge of the construction sector is advantageous.
* Experience working with ERP or MRP systems is essential.
Experience:
3+ years of experience in Manufacturing or Construction procurement, focusing on the housing sector ideally.
Estimated salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year.
