Role Overview
As a Business Development Manager, you will be part of the Sales Team, driving growth by acquiring new accounts and identifying customer needs.
You will present tailored managed IT solutions to a wide range of SMEs and Mid-Market clients, utilising your technical expertise and sales acumen.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and target new clients, securing meetings with decision-makers.
* Presentation of solutions through face-to-face meetings, calls, and emails.
* Understanding products and market priorities, offering tailored proposals.
* Building and managing a sales pipeline using Salesforce.
* Negotiating and closing profitable contracts while achieving sales targets.
* Collaboration with cross-functional teams to maximise success.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience with a strong record in new business.
* Excellent strategic selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Proven ability to structure and close high-value contracts.
* Organised, results-driven, and capable of influencing at all levels.
