We are currently recruiting entry-level and experienced sales professionals for a leading social media platform in the DACH German Market.
The Role
As our Partner Manager, you will create new relationships with small to medium and large-sized businesses within the DACH region and showcase how they can build brand awareness and increase product sales using our digital marketing advertising solutions and analytics.
You will work collaboratively with these businesses to make a significant difference in their digital campaigns by teaching them about our platform's tools and features.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, research, and contact potential new partner businesses that could benefit from our unique business proposition.
* Work with existing clients to understand their strategic and tactical goals and co-create effective marketing plans.
* Gain in-depth knowledge of partners' business goals and provide informed insights to help them succeed.
* Build and maintain a book of business by developing and growing long-term relationships as the primary point of contact for clients.
* Meet set KPIs and quarterly sales targets.
* Collaborate with the wider sales team to share and gain valuable knowledge.
Requirements
* Fluency in German and English languages (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension).
* Previous sales experience involving relationship-building and goal-achievement support.
* Understanding of digital marketing terms and metrics, including CPA, CPC, CPM, and ROAS.
* Proven ability to work towards sales targets.
* Demonstrated desire to contribute to businesses' success.
