This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who is eager to make their mark and help shape the voice of multiple brands.Key Responsibilities:Create content to support Neilson Financial Services’ marketing channels, with a focus on both new brand launches and existing brand growthProduce copy for a range of offline and digital channels, including websites, print materials, customer documents, digital ads, PPC campaigns, emails, and social mediaWrite for a global audience, tailoring content for the UK, Canada, and Australian marketsDevelop longer-form copy for SEO-focused content and brand-led PR initiativesEnsure consistency and compliance with multiple brand tone-of-voice guidelinesCollaborate with the SEO team to produce optimized, high-performing contentWrite and refine customer-facing documents, such as welcome packs, policy updates, and CRM campaignsStay informed about competitor and industry trends to identify content opportunitiesReview, edit, and refine all published content with an exceptional attention to detailDefine and maintain copy guides to ensure consistency across channels and teams QualificationsSkills, Knowledge & Experience:High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, mainly Word and ExcelFluent in spoken and written EnglishProven experience in creating copy for consumer-facing brands, ideally in the financial services or related industriesStrong track record of producing content for both offline and digital channelsExperience managing multiple brand tones of voice and adapting to different guidelinesFamiliarity with SEO principles and keyword optimizationKnowledge of creating detailed content plans and calendarsExperience working on projects from concept to deliveryAdvantageous: Experience with website administration using an Ecommerce Platform/CMSBeneficial but not required: Understanding of AI tools and services such as ChatGPTAttributes: Strong work ethic and motivationA keen eye for detail is essentialA team player with an enthusiastic, flexible, and collaborative approachExceptional organizational skillsExcellent communication skillsCreative and hands-on, with a proactive and resourceful mindsetAdaptable to change and evolving prioritiesHigh levels of autonomy and self-motivationINDMP
