Mount Juliet Estate, a Marriott Autograph Collection Property are seeking an experienced, guest focused and standards driven Front Office Supervisor.The RoleThe Front Office Supervisor role assists in overseeing and directing all aspects of Front Desk operations.
You will be responsible for reception operations, training of the team, implementing brand standards and ensuring effective operation of the front office team.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesTo undertake front of house duties, including meeting, greeting and attending to the needs of guests, to ensure a superb customer service experience.To build a good rapport with all guests and resolve any issues quickly and report any complaints to management, to maintain high quality customer service.To deal with guest requests to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay.To be responsible for accurate and efficient with guest billing and billing procedures.To assist in keeping the hotel reception area clean and tidy at all times.To undertake general office duties, including correspondence, emails and filingTo ensure that all reservations and cancellations are processed efficiently.To report any maintenance, breakage or cleanliness problems to the relevant managerGood administrative skills and the ability to use email and booking systemsGood team working skillsA friendly and welcoming approach.Required:Minimum 1 years' Experience in a receptionist role in Hospitality SectorExperience in Hotel Booking systems including Opera, Hotsoft and MarshaExcellent customer service and interpersonal skills, including a pleasant telephone mannerHigh standards of dress and presentationFluent level of English and eligible to work in Ireland.What we offerCompetitive salaryEmployee mealsComplimentary gym accessEmployee Assistance ProgrammeParkingInternational hotel discounts through MarriottContinuous Professional Development opportunitiesMount Juliet is an equal opportunity employer committed to maintaining a diverse team and an inclusive culture.We look forward to hearing from you!
